By using our services, you acknowledge that Get Renter Relief does not guarantee the success of your claim, refund, or dispute resolution.

Decisions regarding rental refunds, security deposits, and disputes are made solely by landlords, property management companies, or housing authorities.

We offer guidance, resources, and support, but we do not control or influence the final decision of any third party.

3. We Are Not a Law Firm

Get Renter Relief does not provide legal representation, legal advice, or attorney-client relationships.

Any resources, document templates, or guidance provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice.

If legal assistance is required, we may refer customers to licensed attorneys, but any legal engagement is between the customer and the attorney, independent of Get Renter Relief.

4. Payment Terms & No Refund Policy

All payments for services are final. We do not offer refunds, charge reversals, or money-back guarantees once a service has been purchased.

Payments cover case reviews, document preparation, and support but do not guarantee rental refunds or dispute resolutions.

If you upgrade to a higher-tier service, previously paid fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Customer Responsibility & Liability Waiver

By using our services, you agree that:

✔ You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding your claim.

✔ You understand that we offer guidance only and are not liable for any decisions made by landlords, property management companies, housing authorities, or courts.

✔ You release Get Renter Relief from any liability related to the outcome of your claim, including but not limited to:

Denied refunds or deposit claims

Court decisions or legal fees

Eviction actions taken by landlords

✔ You acknowledge that we do not take legal action on your behalf but provide resources to help you file claims independently.

6. Digital Agreement & Consent

✔ Before making a purchase, customers must check a box agreeing to these Terms of Service.

✔ Customers will be required to electronically sign the agreement, providing:

Date of Agreement

✔ A copy of the signed agreement will be automatically emailed to the customer for their records.

7. Dispute Resolution

✔ Any disputes related to our services must be submitted in writing first for review before further action is taken.
